About the Wildcat Marching Band
The Wiley University Wildcat Marching Band is one of the University's premier performing ensembles, dedicated to building a tradition of excellence through exceptional musicianship, innovative performances, and outstanding student leadership. Inspired by the rich heritage of Historically Black Colleges and Universities, the WMB blends musical performances with dynamic presentations that energize audiences and celebrate the Wiley University community.
As we build a new legacy, our students develop far more than musical skills. Membership in the Wildcat Marching Band fosters discipline, teamwork, confidence, leadership, and lifelong friendships while creating memorable experiences that extend well beyond graduation.
