Online reporting system.

Wildcat Report It is a university initiative dedicated to the well-being of students and promotion of a community that cares about each of its members.

Wildcat Report It is an online reporting system to help students, faculty, staff, families, and friends submit reports about:

  • potential violations of the Wiley University Student Code of Conduct;

  • concerns regarding sexual misconduct and hazing;

  • concerns surrounding acts of bias or discrimination;

  • complaints or grievances; and

  • concerns about students in crisis or distress.

When a report is received, staff will review the details using a CARE approach (Communicate, Assess, Refer, Educate) and then determine a response that includes appropriate campus resources.

If there is a possibility that a student may harm himself/herself or others, dial 911 immediately. In the event of an emergency, do not use these forms.

Sexual Misconduct

Alleged violations of Wiley’s Title IX Sexual Misconduct Policy, including, but not limited to: dating violence, domestic violence, sexual assault, sexual harassment, sexual misconduct, stalking, etc., should be reported here.

Academic Early Alert Referral

Issues or behavior concerning poor or struggling academic performance (e.g. excessive class absences, excessive tardiness, failing or poor grades, etc.), not academic misconduct, are forwarded to the Academic Intervention Team (AIT)/ Satisfactory Academic Progress Committee.

Academic Misconduct

Alleged academic violations include collaboration, collusion, copying, failure to follow course requirements, plagiarism, utilizing unauthorized resources, etc., are examples of issues of academic misconduct that can be reported here.

Code of Conduct Violation

Alleged behavioral violations by an individual of the Student Code of Conduct (e.g. alcohol, disorderly conduct, drugs, failure to comply, theft, vandalism, weapons, etc.) on or off campus.

Bias or Discrimination

Issues or concerns with a student, individual or department at Wiley University, or a group of students that may constitute an act(s) of bias or discrimination can be reported here.

Hazing

Alleged violations of the Code of Student Conduct for hazing.

Housing

Alleged violations of the Housing Student Code of Conduct (e.g. alcohol, disorderly conduct, drugs, failure to comply, theft, vandalism, weapons, etc.) occurring within a residential facility by students residing on or off campus.

Student Grievances

Issues or complaints about an individual or department at Wiley that have not been resolved can be reported here. Our office is committed to appropriate resolution of the complaint in a timely manner.

Concerning Behavior

Issues or behavior concerning the well-being of a student that are perceived to be harmful, worrisome or threatening (to the individual student or to others) are forwarded to the C.A.R.E. Team which will assess, consult and respond to the concern or incident.
