Marshall, Tx - Wiley University is proud to announce the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with Anguilla Community College (ACC), located in Long Path, Anguilla. This strategic partnership aims to create educational and cultural exchange opportunities, strengthening both institutions’ commitment to fostering global learning and academic excellence.
Wiley University President & CEO Herman J. Felton, Jr. will visit the island to celebrate the signing of the Official Memorandum of Understanding between ACC and Wiley University on Monday, November 4, 2024. The event will begin at 9:30 am at Long Path, Anguilla. We invite community members to join us in this historic event.

The MOU establishes a collaborative relationship between Wiley University and Anguilla Community College, creates a formal pathway to transfer credits and obtain scholarships at Wiley University. By bridging the educational resources and expertise of both institutions, this agreement will expand opportunities for students, faculty, and staff, encouraging a vibrant exchange of ideas and shared learning experiences.
Wiley University is an Historically Black University (HBCU) located in Marshall, TX. The University offers 16 undergraduate programs, 3 accelerated graduate programs, and one extended education program for persons returning to complete their degree. In addition to an affordable high quality academic experience, students can also access the A Cappella Choir of Wiley University, Marching Grandioso Band, The Melvin B. Tolson/Denzel Washington Forensic Society, and over 10 athletic teams.
