MARSHALL, Texas — Wiley University is pleased to announce that the semester will begin August 5, 2024. As the summer comes to a close, the institution has been preparing for the return of students through several improvements and new experiences.
New students move in on July 27, 2024 from 9:00 am-5:00 pm at the Alumni Gym. We are anticipating 300-400 students joining us during this process. New Student Orientation is scheduled for Sunday, July 28th - Thursday, August 1st.
Returning students are scheduled to move-in is Friday, August 2nd from 9:00 am - 5:00 pm.
In June, Wiley University introduced the iWiley Digital Learning Initiative, a pioneering program aimed at increasing learning through technology, and bridging the digital divide in terms of access to advanced tech devices. Under this initiative, every student will receive an iWiley Technology Bundle, which will include an Apple iPad 10th Gen, Magic Keyboard Folio and Apple Pencil.
Concurrently, Wiley University has completed extensive renovations across key campus residence halls, to create more modern and welcoming living and learning environments.
Additionally, Wiley University is expanding its athletic programs with the introduction of a new softball program. This initiative aims to enhance student-athlete opportunities both on and off the field, further enriching the university experience.
In a landmark return of band programs to the institution after 50 years, Wiley University proudly announces the launch of the newly minted Marching Grandioso Band Program. This initiative promises to enrich campus life with musical excellence, fostering increased school pride and spirit and artistic expression.
