Wiley University will host another Running with the Giants Youth Empowerment Summit, a unique opportunity for youth to engage in the “study of God.” The residential summit will host 9-10th graders from June 23-30, 2023, and 11-12th graders from July 9-21, 2023.
The summer sessions are designed for young people looking to explore their faith and grapple with contemporary issues. The summit will facilitate the exploration of God through worship activities, theological study, and special speakers. Participants will be instructed by Wiley University Religion faculty and local area ministers in Bible, Worship, Discipleship, Ministry, and Ethics coursework.

Additionally, young people will gather at Wiley University from areas across the Southern region to increase their faith, meet other youth, and learn about faith from one another while being exposed to college life!” – Professor/Rev. Wiley University is one of the few HBCUs that host youth empowerment summits of this kind. There is no cost to attend due to a grant from the Lily Endowment, Inc.
