Shaping the Future of HBCU Excellence
Wiley University is proud to host the Higher Education Leadership Foundation’s Inspire Leadership Institute: The Tau Cohort from December 8 through December 11, 2026.
The Leadership Institute is a four day conference designed for H.E.L.F. Fellows and program participants. Attendees will engage in focused discussions and meaningful interactions with college and university presidents, administrators, scholars, and corporate and industry leaders.
Throughout the Institute, participants will take part in case studies, scenario planning, personal empowerment activities, and spiritual exercises. These experiences are designed to strengthen participants’ commitment to personal growth, professional development, and the advancement of Historically Black Colleges and Universities.
The Institute will conclude with awards recognizing the lifetime achievement of a college or university president, innovative leadership, and outstanding emerging leadership.

Registration Fee: $2,350 per attendee
The registration fee includes all sessions, program resources, lodging, and meals. Payment is due upon invitation. Once an invitation is extended, full payment of the registration fee is required to secure the participant’s place and must be received before the Institute begins.
