Dana Michelle Fergins, M.Ed., M.A. is a dynamic leader in education, leadership development, and history with over 20 years of impact in public and higher education. As Honors Program Director, she will inspire the next generation of leaders to create meaningful change, exceptionalism and rich cultural experiences. In addition, as honors program lecturer, she will empower students with research-based strategies.  

Her distinguished achievements include:

      •     Board Member, Lupus Foundation of America (Lone Star Chapter)

      •     Chairwoman, Junior League of Collin County’s Adaptive Leadership Training Committee

      •     Member, Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc.

      •     Recipient, NISOD Master Presenter Award for excellence in teaching and leadership
