I serve as the Director of the Organizational Management Program at Wiley University, where I provide academic leadership for the Bachelor of Business Administration program within the School of Business & Social Sciences. With over 17 years of experience in higher education, I bring extensive expertise in program development, curriculum oversight, faculty collaboration, and student success initiatives.

I am committed to advancing academic excellence through outcomes-based education, continuous improvement, and alignment with accreditation standards.
