Born and raised in Flint, Michigan, Ernest Mack pursued his passion for education by attending Wiley University , where he majored in Communication and graduated with the Class of 2016. Furthering his education, he earned a master’s degree in communication studies from Eastern Michigan University.

With a deep commitment to debate and mentorship, he has spent the last six years coaching debate teams. Initially, he served as an assistant debate coach for two years, honing my skills and gaining valuable experience. For the past four years, he have been the head coach, leading my teams to numerous victories and helping students develop their critical thinking and public speaking abilities.

Spoken word poetry, a long-time hobby, has significantly shaped my love for public speaking. Additionally, he is also a proud member of Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity, Incorporated. He believes that everything can grow, when given proper time, space and resources.
