Baccalaureate Service

Following the Baccalaureate service, a Graduate Reception and Dinner will be held in the Student Union. This will also be the location where graduates may pick up their graduation boxes.
Commencement Ceremony
Saturday, May 2, 2026 | 8:30 AM
Pemberton Athletic Complex
Gates will open to guests one hour prior to the start of the ceremony.
To help provide the best and safest experience for our graduates, families, and guests, the Wiley University Office of Public Safety and Campus Police has partnered with the Marshall Police Department, whose officers will also be present during the ceremony.
Ceremony Expectations
To help ensure that this occasion is both memorable and respectful, Wiley University asks for your cooperation with the following:
Please silence all cell phones and electronic devices once the ceremony begins.
No food, beverages, balloons, or noisemakers are permitted during Commencement.
Family members and guests are asked not to approach the stage or enter the aisle during the ceremony.
An official photographer will capture each graduate as they cross the stage.
Decorum
We ask all guests to help us maintain an atmosphere of celebration and respect. Please remain seated during the ceremony so each graduate may be properly recognized and all families may fully enjoy this important occasion.
