Due to the city-wide water outage in Marshall, Texas, changes have been made to the Wiley University Founders Observance 2026 schedule.

Thursday, March 19
All Founders Observance events are canceled.

Friday, March 20
Founders Convocation has been postponed to Tuesday, March 24, 2026.
11:00 AM | Julius S. Scott, Sr. Chapel | Speaker: Dr. Crystal A. deGregory

The Giving Society Luncheon is canceled.
All other Founders Observance events are canceled or moved to a virtual format.

Saturday, March 21
The Wiley University National Alumni Association Spring Meeting will be held virtually.
The Life Pinning, Memorial, and Alumni Mixer are canceled, and the Life Pinning will be rescheduled during Homecoming.
