Wiley University is excited to welcome new, transfer, and returning Wildcats back to campus for the Spring 2026 semester! Please review the updated move-in details below to ensure a smooth and efficient check-in process.
New & Transfer Students
New and transfer students will move in Saturday, January 3, as originally scheduled.
Returning Students
Returning students are now also approved to move in on Saturday, January 3, along with new students.
(This reflects a change from the previously scheduled January 4 return date.)
Fast Passes
Fast Passes will be sent to all students who have cleared all required offices.
Only students with a Fast Pass may check in after 5 PM.
Check-In Process
All students must complete check-in at the Alumni Gymnasium before moving into their residence hall.
Check-in hours: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
All students must report to the gym even if they have a Fast Pass
Students with a Fast Pass may check in after 5 PM
Students should clear all university offices before Winter Break to avoid delays
