Wiley College President and CEO, Herman J. Felton, Jr. has named Danielle Sims Brooks as the new Vice President for Student Development and Enrollment Management.
In her new role, she will be responsible for providing vision, leadership, and effective administration of the enrollment management division and its functions. Additionally, she will serve as a member of the president’s cabinet and will set enrollment and student development priorities for all academic programs while collaborating with senior administrators in strategic planning across the institution.

Danielle Sims Brooks currently serves as the Assistant Vice President for Student Affairs/Diversity Officer at Jefferson Community and Technical College.
Ms. Sim Brooks current portfolio includes leadership of the Office of Diversity, Inclusion, and Community Engagement, the Access*Ability Resource Center, Office of Student Engagement, Ready to Work, GED+, Student Advocacy and Title IX, and The HUB. Prior to coming to Jefferson, Danielle served as Assistant Dean of Multicultural Affairs at the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga. Additionally, Danielle worked in Housing and Residence Life at Ole Miss, Clayton State University, and Lipscomb University.
Danielle has a B.S. in Psychology with a minor in Child Development from Tennessee State University and a Master’s in Education Administration and Supervision from Lipscomb University. Currently, Danielle is pursuing her Ed.D at Western Kentucky University in Postsecondary Leadership. Danielle, her husband, Dr. Darrius Brooks, and daughter Dylan Brooks currently live in Louisville, KY.
Brooks will commence duties at Wiley College on December 1, 2021.
