The Program Manager will lead in the creation, implementation, and management of strategic initiatives designed to enhance the experience of high school students enrolling in the summer residential Theology Institute. The Program Manager will plan and coordinate all grant-activities; coordinate program budgeting and plan and process all expenditure requests; work with Institutional Research to develop and maintain program data; maintain and up-to-date database on all participating congregations and clergy.
The successful applicant will possess a bachelor’s degree in religion or a related field with documented Christian Education experience as a chaplain, campus minister, a lay leader, or adjunct instructor.
This is a grant-funded position.
