The Associate Vice President for Culture, Protocols, and Strategic Retention is a person who creates and maintains campus-wide culture of kindness. The position is also responsible for having a firm grasp on all policies, procedures, and protocols and ensuring they are followed campus-wide. The person in this position will develop,implement, and manage efficient procedures to facilitate the processing of protocols in accordance with Wiley College, federal, accreditation, and state policies and procedures; actively engage students, faculty, and staff to further behaviors and attitudes that institute a spirit of kindness; facilitate a work environment that encourages knowledge of, respect for, and development of skills to engage with those of other cultures or backgrounds; assess current compliance capabilities and culture throughout the College; be responsible for the development of an effective vision and strategy to support a culture of equity, diversity, and inclusion; and dedicate attention to the retention of a diverse student body.

The successful candidate will possess a master’s degree from an accredited institution of higher education and at least five years of related experience.
