Wiley College is currently seeking qualified applicants for the position of Assistant Vice President for Enrollment Services/Director of Admissions & Recruitment. The primary responsibility of this position is to guide, lead and oversee admissions and recruiting efforts to reach the College’s goals. The Assistant Vice President for Enrollment Management/Director of Admissions and Recruitment is responsible for the day-to-day and personnel operations of the unit as well as for the development, maintenance, analysis and general supervision of all programs related to recruiting, enrolling and ultimately retaining undergraduate students at Wiley College. The Director plans and implements activities to enhance recruitment efforts that will foster increased enrollment.
Master’s Degree or higher in a related field from an accredited university or college or at least 10 years of work experience in admissions or recruitment or other enrollment services areas demonstrating increased professional responsibility. Demonstrated leadership and management experience, a strong understanding of admissions processes and highly developed analytical skills. Must possess excellent oral and written communication, time management, and organizational skills and have the ability to work with database management systems and be proficient in the use of various computer applications and software programs.
