Campus Tours

Campus Tours are now available!

Wiley College will be implementing COVID-19 safety protocols for all campus tours.  Students heading to campus should expect certain limitations due to COVID-19 safety guidelines.

Appointments must be scheduled for tours. Tours should be limited to the student and no more than 3 guests at one time.

Please be aware that there may be limited access to buildings.  Meetings with offices such as the Office of Financial Aid or the Office of Admissions and Recruitment may be done virtually by appointment.

A COVID-19 rapid test should be completed for each guest before each tour. Every member of the visiting group must have a negative test result for COVID-19 from within in the last 72 hours or, have received the complete vaccination. Documentation should be provided to the health services department.  There is some testing availability on-campus upon request.

All guests will be subject to the symptom self-check-in and temperature check. Any failed responses to the symptom checker and/or temperature > 100.0F will be denied access to the campus. Note: Anyone under the age of 18 will need to get a permission slip signed by a parent or guardian for the COVID-19 rapid testing.

Guests must adhere to the 3 W’s at Wiley: Please practice good hygiene measures, such as frequent hand Washing, avoiding touching your face, and covering your coughs and sneezes. Please Watch social distancing whenever possible and Wear a face covering when in shared spaces on campus and/or within six feet of others.

Check-In Process

Thank you for registering for a Campus Tour at Wiley College

  1. Please arrive at 10:30 A.M. and meet at the Wiley College Security Booth located at the intersection of Wiley Avenue and University Avenue. Your campus tour coordinator will meet you there.
  2. While at the designated meeting area, each group member will be required to do the symptom self-check-in. Temperatures will be taken by the staff. Any failed responses to the symptom self-checker and/or temperature > 100.0F will be denied access to tour the campus.
  3. After the group has completed the symptom self-check-in, the campus tour coordinator will bring the group to the Pemberton gym for COVID-19 rapid testing.
  4. Once the test is completed, group members will be notified of their results. Anyone with a positive result will be asked to leave the campus immediately and seek care from their health care provider. Group members who have negative results on-site or provided the requested documentation will be allowed to visit the campus.
