AV Services Request Form

Requests for AV Services must be made at least five (5) business days in advance of the event. For events that are large or complex, please schedule an on-site walk through with the IT Team by contacting the Office of Information Technology, before completing this form. Also, please ensure you have successfully submitted a Building Request before submitting this form.

Internet service may not available in all venues. We recommended that media used for the event be accessed/delivered from a flash drive when possible. Presenters are responsible for loading, advancing, editing, or otherwise engaging with the presenter’s content. The IT Team cannot and will not combine, operate, or advance presentations. Laptop computers are subject to availability.

The IT Team may substitute the types of microphones provided at our discretion based on room conditions, acoustics, and/or inventory. Microphone requests are limited to 4, based on availability.

The IT Department does not offer video editing, post-production, mixing, creation or editing of Powerpoint slides.

Please Note: Normal business hours for IT Event Support are 8am to 9pm, Monday through Friday. If AV equipment is being delivered to the event, IT requires access to the venue a minimum of two (2) hours in advance of the start time to allow for delivery, set up, and testing the equipment. If early venue access is unavailable, IT will be unable to support the event.
