Employee Eligibility for Benefits


Regular Full-time Employees

Full-time faculty and staff hired to work 12 months per year and at least 40 hours per week are eligible for all benefits as soon as the eligibility requirements for each particular benefit are met.

Regular Part-time Employees

Regular part-time employees hired to work less than 40 hours per week are not eligible for Wiley College benefits, except as granted on occasion or to the extent required by state and federal laws.

Temporary

Temporary employees who are hired to work either a full-time or part-time schedule for specific periods of time or for the completion of a specific project are not eligible for Wiley College benefits, except as granted on occasion or to the extent required by state and federal laws.
