Wiley College's Student Leaders and the NAACP will launch Religious Emphasis Week 2017 with a Community Gospel Fest Super Bowl
on Saturday, February 4 at 1:00 p.m. in the Julius S. Scott Sr. Chapel on Wiley's campus. The College and the Community have partnered to celebrate the music ministries of local area church choirs and outstanding gospel artists.
The lineup of choirs and artists set to perform include Texas Louisiana Association Mass Choir, St. Paul Gospel Choir, Women Worshiping God, Full Gospel Holy Temple Praise and Worship Team, Bethesda Missionary Baptist Church Senior Choir and Male Chorus, Shammia Williams '16, Maliq Wright, Minister Lisa Barron, Alonzo Berry, Stanley Paden, and Ashley Robinson. Evangelist Crystal Bell '13 will serve as Mistress of Ceremonies. The community is invited to join in the praise celebration. Admission is free.
