Wiley College will  hold Honors Convocation on Monday, April 10  at 7 p.m. in the Julius S. Scott Sr. Chapel.  The ceremony will  recognize and celebrate the achievements of students who   earned  grade point averages of  3.3 and above during the fall term. 
 
Students  who  earned grade point averages ranging from 3.3 - 3.49 will be honored as Faculty Scholars. Students who earned grade point averages ranging from 3.5-3.79 will be honored as Dean's Scholars, and students who earned grade point averages of 3.8 - 4.0 will be honored as President's Scholars.  
 
The speaker for Honors Convocation will be Texas State Historian Bill O'Neal.  The public is invited to join the Wiley College campus community for this very special event.
